 What is the delivery / lead time?

Most of our items can be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Larger and bespoke vessels will be between 6-9 weeks.

 Are all cylinders ERP rated?

All vessels up to 2000L are required to have an ERP rating of band C or above to be sold in Europe. All stores and cylinders supplied by us meet the minimum band C requirement.

 Can I have them delivered direct to the site of installation?

The simple answer is YES. One of the benefits of using us is that we can deliver to anywhere in the UK and you can even choose to have the delivery at a specific time and date.

 Do I need an account?

Absolutely not. If you wish to purchase one-off cylinders or buffer vessels, as long as we have cleared funds (either by Worldpay, PayPal or BACS) we will get your order processed and confirm delivery dates on the same day. 

If you require more cylinders and accumulators on a regular basis you can fill out an account form where you will be provided with payment terms and qualification details.

 Do we do site visits?

Yes, its all part of our value-added service to give you peace of mind that you get exactly what you need. We work closely with architects, consultants and contractors to provide design solutions bespoke to the building profile and space requirements. This is a no-charge service and it is what
our business is built on, strong relationships and technical support.

 What if I need a bespoke cylinder or buffer vessel?
